Pipe problem in my house!!!!

I had shifted to Block B PV10 two weeks ago.

We found that Platinium Victory developer had used "super low quality" water head in our toilet.

Our house have two toilets and both faced same problem. My house mate broke it when they do the cleaning in the toilet. I believe it will broke up with a light tough only.

Actually owner should responsible on it but he refused to pay for it. For first time he paid half only but now he paid Zero!!!! That the unfriendly owner!!!!!

For first time, we asked pipe service from outside to repair it but we had been charged with RM50.

This time i do it my self. Its not easy to replace a new water head.

I had borrowed tools from management and bought one water head with RM13+ water tiub RM8. Total cost me RM21.

I just able replace the water head then my finger start swelling. I unable to plug in the water tiub cause my finger felt pain. At last friendly malay guy from management had helped me up to plug in the water tiub.
